- 2 tbsp 100% peanuts peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 4 slices of low GI wholegrain/ rye/ or multigrain sourdough bread
Toast the bread
Spread the peanut butter on one slice of toast
Slice bananas on top of the peanut butter
Top with the second slice of toast
A great snack for the kids with a glass of milk, or lovely with your favourite tea
