Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp 100% peanuts peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices of low GI wholegrain/ rye/ or multigrain sourdough bread

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread
  • Spread the peanut butter on one slice of toast
  • Slice bananas on top of the peanut butter
  • Top with the second slice of toast
  • A great snack for the kids with a glass of milk, or lovely with your favourite tea
